Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are genuinely inspired by preschool children, who are passionate about the benefits of drama and play and who have the confidence to lead groups of children (and their parents!) in creative play.

You do not have to be a trained teacher but some experience of working or playing with preschool children is essential (this experience may simply come from playing with your own children). Drama skills are also essential to the successful running of a Pyjama Drama business and as sessions are invariably active, we are looking for people with a good level of fitness.

We look for people who are honest and who work with integrity, and for individuals with the ambition to succeed and to develop and grow the franchise. As full business training and ongoing support is provided, no specific business experience is required.

The franchise package is uncomplicated and has been designed so that franchisees are able to run their businesses efficiently and easily, however good organisational skills and a small home office are essential.
